About me

I started as a researcher in applied biotechnology; R&D is still in me. I slowly evolve, managing laboratories, departments and services, accumulating training in administration while working full time.
Then, tired of a dozen mandates at the head of units (restructurings, reforms, renovations, etc.), I decided to leave my job and start my own business as a consultant in business start-ups and management. Then, I realized that my clients had difficulty anticipating changes, organizing their business activities and lacked vision. I therefore studied to become a trainer and lecturer at the Cegeps where I already have about twenty courses, most of them in French and English. I am a versatile, agile, resourceful with a global approach (business analyst, enterprise architect, etc.). I coach and enlighten my clients in order to give them full autonomy. |
My mission statement
To open the consciousness of professionals and entrepreneurs, to bring them to see beyond the normality while developing their autonomy and their professional distinction. To do so, I offer activities to question, understand and imagine strategies applicable in the short term.
